Shipments and returns
Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and shipped via DHL or DPD trackable and signed-free. Whichever shipping option you choose, we’ll provide you with a link to track your shipment online.
Domestic shipments are delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of sending the order.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but we take extra care to protect fragile items.
